Thanks Ding for your company. I really need it. Though I have not let you in on everything but I truly appreciate your time. I knew I could count on you buddy. Of all the good times we had when young...not counting the time when I broke your head LOL.
I miss the times back in sch. When almost everyday we would meet. Practising our songs. Anticipating the next competition. Gleefully discussing when's the next co-ed performance with RGS. Who's going out with who. Who wrote that love letter. Daring who's the next person to slap Nelson's (our conductor) belly (^.^)y. Haiz...simple times.
Victoria Sch. 4 yrs of pain, stress, joy, fun and memories. Ding, honoured to know u truly. Ever since primary sch. 22yrs of acquintance. For the longest moment, I felt truly blessed. Nothing else matters. Like as though we are blood-bonded. All I need is just to make a phonecall. Vice versa. This is real brotherhood. Anywhere in this world. Covers a bigger area than Citibank ^^.
Including the whole gang...it's only fair I mention them. HZ, XH, Aaron, Terr, Pangy, JL plus me and Ding. Recall our performance at VCH '96? We did "Hard To Say I'm Sorry". TKGSS was just swooning over us. WAHAHA. And for God's sake, we were actually signing autographs bwahaha. What a joke. I didn't even know how to sign at that point. I can't even say the kind of nicknames they gave us. Cheesy.
I love you guys. Sometimes it doesn't take any effort to realise the kind of miracles that fall upon you. All you need is just to let the word 'appreciate' sink in. Then it will inevitably hit you, that your very existence carries a purpose after all.
That's when I would zoom out and see that all the things happening in my life is just part of a collage. Bits and pieces. A jigsaw puzzle which increases in size each year. For me right now, it's a 27k piece puzzle but always missing the last one. And it's not with me. Somebody else has it. Maybe it's not time yet but I'll find the person who holds the last piece someday, somehow.
Went to Bali Hse. Heheh, Ding tried to xian the waitress. Failed lol. But good try.
Strangely I'm not angry anymore. I must have learnt something. Wooo...enlightenment...amithabha. Watever. See that halo over my head? It comes in other colours now. Sold separately.
