Bliss for Eternity...

Attended Marcus's wedding dinner last night. He was suave and charming in his white suit and I realised a bride is one of the most beautiful living being you can ever find on Earth.

Their photo montage was nicely done and the whole event went smoothly without a hitch. Thanks to best man, Charles. I think he did a great job. His parents whom I've have not seen in a few years were there too. Great to see some old familiar faces. Terence and Jialun did a sweet and heartwarming entry song for the couple.

Such a joyous and blissful event. It's only on such an occasion that the coming together of people that we have missed is possible. In a moment, it's like living back old times. All the past funny episodes surfaced and flowed freely with the food and wine. Many times I had to throw back my head in laughter but also not forgetting throwing in my own hilarious recollections.

The party didn't end with the dinner. A close bunch of us retired to the couple's hotel room for more merry-making. Free flow of alcohol and leftover food from the dinner which we totally did not give any second thoughts about. Finishing them was of utmost priority. LOL.

Wow, how time flies. When we all were still boys chasing balls in the field, in a flash Marcus is now married to a wonderful bride and finally a settled man. How envious! I really could not imagine how it will be like when my time comes. But that, I think, is still a long way to go. I should just worry about the present first.

Nonetheless, I wish Marcus and Ashley an everlasting and harmonious marriage!!
